Jose Rojas, Founder

Jose started in the landscaping industry when he was younger, working for a large company. When the housing recession came in 2008, he was laid off from the company. To support himself and his family financially, Jose worked a full-time job at night. During the day, he mowed lawns and did other small jobs while taking online classes to educate himself on how to build a successful company.

Years of hard work eventually paid off.

Today, Jose is the President of Rojas All Pros Companies LLC.

Now he has more time to spend with his family and kids, he enjoys attending to his kid's sports activities like hockey and dance. They all enjoy traveling and camping.

During the winter, Jose continues to learn and educate himself on business matters, attending classes and seminars.

How We Started

Rojas All Pros Companies LLC started as a one-man operation. After years of building the business from the bottom, our company became one of the most trusted landscaping companies in Northfield and Faribault. As we continued to grow, we have been able to add more key employment positions to our team, allowing us to serve more clients while still keeping strong relations within the company.
